Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Thoughts ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and contributors of content.

Description of Service

Thoughts is a minimalist journaling and reflection app that allows you to:

• Write one thought per day (up to 280 characters)
• View your previous day's thought
• Read anonymous thoughts from other users
• Like and flag thoughts from others
• Share your thoughts as images

The App is designed to encourage mindful reflection and anonymous expression within a supportive community.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Content Guidelines

When sharing thoughts on the App, you agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains malicious code or links
• Violates the privacy of others

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the thoughts you post. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

Your thoughts are displayed anonymously to other users. We do not reveal your identity in connection with your thoughts.

Community Standards

Thoughts is built on respect and mindfulness. We expect all users to:

• Treat others with kindness and respect
• Use the flagging system responsibly
• Not attempt to identify or contact other users
• Honor the spirit of one thought per day
• Not circumvent or abuse app features

Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Collect user information without consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of content guidelines
• Abusive or harmful behavior
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Content from other users is accurate or appropriate

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orion Tech Solutions LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (which is $0 for free services).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orion Tech Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
